Founder of Mei Wan Nutrition.

I’ve been supporting clients for over a decade after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey. I’m a HCPC Registered Dietitian and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

I’ve worked in diverse healthcare settings – the NHS, private healthcare, and digital health. With roles ranging from Specialist Project Lead Dietitian to Senior Diabetes Dietitian in digital care. I also co-led the NHS England Low-Calorie Diet (Path to Diabetes Remission) pilot program.

Alongside supporting my clients, I am a scientific writer and researcher. I have a particular interest in uterine fibroids and I'm currently working on two research papers.
