It applies to everyone who processes data as part of their business and requires transparency about how your information is processed. Mei Wan is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy as part of the consent form sets out how Mei Wan uses and protects any personal information you provide us. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our services, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Mei Wan will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless she has your explicit permission to do so or is required by law to do so.

How you can withdraw and request to be deleted from our files:
Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask for the information held about you to be deleted. If you do not wish us to make use of your Personal Information in this way, please email meiwandietitian@outlook.com. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, however, your clinical details will be kept on file for at least eight years as per clinical guidelines and dietetic standards.

This privacy policy is subject to change without notice.

Fees and cancellation terms and conditions
The cost of services must be paid in full at least three working days prior to the initial consultation.
A 48-hour rescheduling/cancellation policy applies to all pre-booked consultations.
If cancelled less than 48 hours or no notice is provided by the client, the pre-booked session is deemed as used and cannot be rebooked.
Consultations must be booked within/before the unique expiry date: 6 sessions are valid for 6 months; 4 sessions are valid for 4 months and 2 sessions are valid for 2 months.
Unused consultations, home visit fees, and meeting room fees cannot be extended or refunded.
