Before I qualified as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist,

I worked at the 5 Star, agua spa at The Sanderson Hotel, London

(it's now moved to The Sea Containers, London)

as a Beauty Therapist (I obtained a Foundation Degree in Science, Beauty Therapy and Health Studies at The London College of Fashion).

I have suffered from childhood eczema (and asthma) and this photo of me was taken 6 months after experiencing a random eczema flare-up on my face in January 2023...fully healed skin barrier :)

(no foundation, just moisturiser, SPF, lip balm, and eye make-up).
